What is Bullying?
A student is bullied when he or she is exposed, repeatedly and over time, to negative actions on the part of one or more students (Olweus,1993)
 
What is Cyberbullying?
Cyberbullying is the use of modern communication technologies (e.g., internet, interactive and digital technologies, or cell phones) to embarrass, humiliate, threaten, or intimidate an individual in the attempt to gain power and control over them (Stutzky, 2005)
 
How Does Bullying Effect Children & Youth?
